June 23, 2014
Mesa, AZ – Elite golf Schools of Arizona will present the opportunity for high school golfers to learn how to prepare for college golf with the Path to Collegiate Golf Seminar on Saturday, July 26 at 9:00am at Augusta Ranch Golf Club. Former #1 ranked collegiate golfer and University of Colorado- Colorado Springs assistant coach, Tyler Bishop, will be the guest speaker for the event.
The coaching session will involve a deep understanding of what it takes to play collegiate level golf. It will cover areas such as how to find the right college, what it takes to get noticed and offered scholarships and the rules of collegiate golf.
“Many high school golfers hope to play at the college level but don’t know what steps to take to make sure they are noticed by schools,” said Riley Andrews, Director of Instruction at Elite Golf Schools of Arizona. “We want to make sure these young golfers are set up on the right path to success and educate them on not only the essentials, but offer them the crucial aspects that will ensure they are noticed by collegiate level coaches. It is important that parents attend the seminar as well to receive the valuable points presented during the talk and better aid their child.”
Each high school attendee will receive a useful study handout, a customized game assessment with Tyler Bishop, and one free voucher for a lesson with an Elite Golf School professional.
The program is $49 per high school attendee and at least one parent is required to be present.
